JOB DESCRIPTION: We are in search of day porters / janitors who speak English, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning. F-T or P-T work available with flexible schedule. JOB DUTIES: Will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an apartment complex in the Gilbert / East Phoenix area, with cleaning duties that include: cleaning of common areas, vacant apartment units, apartment models, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS: In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities: • 3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience! • attention to detail and be a self-starter! • a strong work ethic and job maturity! • be extremely dependable! • a professional appearance! • reliable transportation! • speak English Full Time and Part Time available (flexible hours) **If you feel you possess the above qualities, please attach a copy of your resume and a phone number for immediate consideration!**
