looking for a housekeeper -to start ASAP duties to include keeping the house clean - CEO works from home, house is a smart home that is monitored 24 hour, duties to include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, laundering linens, straightening up closets, organizing closets, keeping bathroom clean, table dusted, counter tops clean, refrigerator and stove clean, trash removal, lighting candles -change bedding - trash removal - sweep front porch - report anything that needs maintenance - replenishing supplies, garage to be kept orderly. light maintenance would be a plus - like changing light bulb, hanging curtains, or helping me to hire for those type of things. A bonus would be if the selected person is good with cooking... (air fryer and slow cooker is on site) styling clothes, makeup, hair... not a requirement just a plus if able to maneuver in those space, the CEO is always doing last minute pop ups photo shoots, so its just good to have versatile people around. Also must be able to Maintain resident confidentiality. Requirements Be at least 18 years of age. Be able to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining high quality work. ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with associates, residents, family members and guests. Be committed to quality and detail-oriented. Have good organization, prioritization and time management skills. Be a reliable and hard worker (arrive to work on time, take initiative, be self-motivated), etc.). Be physically able to do 4-6-hour shifts of manual work and lift items up to 30 lbs.
