  Small locally owned company looking to hire an honest, hard working individual to join our team, learn the trade, and stick with it.  You will need an outgoing personality and to be people and customer service oriented. You will need your own reliable transportation and must be willing to work in inclement weather (Oklahoma weather). Interview, general tour and evaluation provided by both, owner/ operator and lead technition, for a well rounded view of what the company is about and what is expected of it's team members prior to hire.  Initial interview will be with HR representative.  All team members undergo a 60-90 day training program and once completed are given a $1-$2/ hour raise based on performance review.  Starting pay $13/ hour, no experience required, as kindness, honesty, and customer service skills are the main requirements for this position.    As a company, we have grown steadily even during slow economic years, tumultuous times, such as last year, and so much more during good economic times! PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.   Just to mention: Ladder work is not required, but is sometimes part of the job.  This company is safety and OSHA guideline oriented.  Only OSHA approved Little Giant Ladders are used on job sites.  The best part...
