Kittens, Mamma, and Spay/Neuter

A Feral Mamma cat had kittens in my shed three weeks ago. I think I can move the kittens into a humane have-a-heart trap and then trap the mamma with the kittens. Are there any rescuers out there who would be willing to take the mamma and her babies, get them fixed and new homes? I'm located in Centereach, Town of Brookhaven. The feral mama can be returned after her kittens are weaned and I can continue to feed her, I take care of another feral cat colony nearby where all six are spayed/neutered, but this feral isn't part of the colony. Anyone who can help please contact me, please do not contact me with phone numbers adn links to rescues. if you can personally come and pick up the cat/kittens, I would be most appreciative. Also, please no nasty emails, I'm trying to find these animals good homes, not receive judgement from mean spirited people.
