RESPONSIBILITES • Experience in all aspects of installations, service and repairs (this includes knowledge of heat pumps, AC, gas, furnaces, ductwork, mini splits, and more) • Efficiently carry out tasks associated with various HVAC issues in a timely manner. • Knowledge of low voltage systems to ensure that they are being take care of correctly the first time. • Excellent communication skills to assist in all aspects of interaction with our clients. • Problem solving by testing and balancing these systems will be a huge asset in this position. • Take pride in managing the company vehicle and keeping it clean and organized. • Being professional and showing your industry knowledge will win new referrals and repeat business. • Time management of jobs at no time should the team leave the job to pick up materials unless prior approval from a manager and the office is informed. Also, all install teams shall bring their lunch and water for the day. QUALIFICATIONS Education • High school education or equivalent (equivalent is defined as equivalent degree OR job specific work experience OR combination of education and job-specific work experience) • 3 years job-specific work experience equals one year of formal education • EPA Certification • Must obtain and maintain valid driver’s license. • We require background checks and drug tests for all employees. • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Team player • Neat, clean appearance • Dependable attendance • Clean driving record JOB COMPETENCIES • Work Standards – Has high standards of performance for self.
