Come join our team! Oak Hill investment is looking for an experienced apartment maintenance person in the Toledo, OH area. This position will work on day-to-day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, carpentry projects, and unit turnover, along with the general upkeep of residential apartment building and homes. We are looking for someone who is experienced and reliable. This position requires driving to different apartment or housing sites throughout the day, all in the Toledo area. Applicant must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle. Applicant must also have their own tools and be able to pass a criminal background check.
