Location : 3358 Cerrillos Rd Santa Fe, New Mexcio : Maintenance repairs, Intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc, 1 day inspecting rooms. Must be able to work at least one weekend day. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -Maintenance: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintenance repairs, Intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc, 1 day inspecting rooms, Preventing Maintenance duties - Ensure proper completion of all maintenance duties. - Ensure the proper appearance of the Hotel from the entrance to the roof. -Direct and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of the parking lot and walk ways, the property landscaping, service and trash areas, and the exterior of all buildings.
