Friendly cockatiel needs new home

My son is moving but cannot take his 1 year old cockatiel, so we are rehoming her (him)? We never really figured out the sex! We hope to find a friendly family who loves to spend time with her. She loves people and wants nothing more than to be on someone’s shoulder. I’ve never seen her bite anyone and she knows how to “step up.” She loves head scratches. Sometimes she wolf whistles too! We have a really large, new, clean cage, bags of different cockatiel foods, hanging perches, another smaller cage we alternated with the large one, a stand alone perch and toys. We first and foremost want someone who has time to spend with her at home! Rehoming fee applies. Contact for details.
