We are a 25 unit boutique motel located across from the beach in North Redington and looking for a Maintenance Manager to hire by June 1st. 40 hours per week at $15 per hour. Must be willing and able to do skilled maintenance projects (change a toilet, door locks, light plumbing, painting, etc) as well as janitorial tasks (trash, sweeping, landscaping, etc). Must be a professional (appearance and personable), have energy to work hard and make progress each day, and be reliable. Hours are flexible but we require working on Friday and Saturdays.
