Join our award-winning team today! Join our Janitorial Team! This position is full time, 2nd shift, Monday – Friday 3:30PM to 12:00AM. This position pay $13.50/per hour. We are looking for a responsible candidate who can work well with a team, or on their own. Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Clean and Maintain Restrooms • Clean break rooms • Wash Windows – inside and out • Vacuum/sweep/mop floors • Clean and sanitize doorknobs, baseboards, doors and walls • Dust and Windex all offices, conference rooms, lobby and work stations • Dust blinds in offices and lobby, as needed • Empty trash and place in dumpster • Maintain organization of cleaning chemicals and supplies Job Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks. • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. • Ability to be self-motivated. • Schedule flexibility. • Good verbal communication skills. • Ability to work alone or with a team. • Familiarity with hand tools a plus Benefits: 7 Paid Holidays after 90 days Insurance after 60 days of employment (Health, Dental, Vision, & Life) 401K after 6 months with partial company matching Company Paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) – Available after 90 Days of Employment 10 Days of PTO annually – Year 1 - 2 15 Days of PTO annually – Year 3 - 9 20 Days of PTO annually – Year 10 - 19 25 Days of PTO annually – Year 20+ PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary.
