Need ( Daytime Cleaner) for brand new office this is an easy clean for an experienced cleaner( Starts Immediately) I am looking for a sub who lives in or can work in for sure this area. It is 3 single use restrooms, small break room and carpeted office area 1800 sq. ft. Must be done Wednesdays and Fridays starts at 1.00pm and finishes by 2.30 pm. It pays great 400.00 a month 40 to 46 an hour. Need to understand english, and have your own cleaning equipment, floor mopping system and clothes and chemicals. You will be paid a 1099 subcontractor and start this account part time and grow with more accounts for an on time experienced cleaner.
