Responsibilities include washing the interior and exterior windows of high end residences and commercial facilities. Homeowners are typically in the home when services are performed, so employees must be friendly and presentable. Must be able to carry and work on ladders as well as potentially move furniture to reach a window. This position has potential to grow into the employee running their own crew as well as additional compensation and benefits provided that it is the right fit. The typical day would include meeting at 7am at a predetermined location to travel to the first jobsite of the day. Additional jobs would be completed throughout the day with some time between jobs to take breaks. Once the new hire is fully trained and up to speed they would have some input on the scheduling of the jobs and choosing off days. The actual physical work that is completed in a day is 5-7 hours and the remainder is travel to and from jobs as is common with other service businesses. Window washing experience required.
