As a professional, high-quality, and knowledgeable Residential Landscape Design, Install, and Maintenance service provider, we are always excited for the opportunity to grow our team. We started small and have been expanding our operations since 2006. We are always looking to bring on new talent to help fill available positions as a Crew Leader or Crew Technician with our continual growth. QUICK FACTS ABOUT OUR OPERATIONS + Our season customarily begins in mid-March and lasts until mid-December (weather permitting) + All crew members should anticipate working 40 to 50 hours per week during this time frame + We expect all crews to be out of our yard by 7:30 am and will return around 4-5:30 pm depending on a variety of factors + All weekly (Monday thru Saturday) work hours over 40 hours will be paid time and a half base rate + We often work half days on Saturdays. We do not work on Sundays + Crew Leaders will receive paid holiday's off (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) + We do offer residential snow services and offer all of our onboard team members to help with our snow service operations throughout the winter months + We divide our operations into two main divisions, which are comprised of: **INSTALLATION Crews typically perform any of the following tasks on a day-to-day basis + Plantings (trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, sod, etc.) + Hardscapes (paver patios-walks-driveways, retaining walls, natural stonework, etc..) + Drainage (natural swales, drain tiles, water gardens, dry wells, etc..) + Water Features (ponds, pondless waterfalls, fountains, etc..) + Lighting (low voltage accent lighting for landscape beds, hardscapes, water features, etc..) ** MAINTENANCE Crews typically perform any of the following tasks on a day-to-day basis + Weekly Maintenance (mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing down hard surfaces, etc..) + Clean-Ups (Spring & Fall) + Landscape Bed Maintenance (weeding, cultivating, edging, plant care, etc..) + Shrub/Hedge Pruning and/or Trimming + Lawn Care (core aeration, fertilizing, weed treatments, etc..) Within the first season and after the initial review stage, Crew Leaders can earn up to $30.00 per hour based on experience, punctuality, attitude, and various other attributes they display in their first month working with us. **INSTALLATION CREW TECHNICIAN will start at $17.00 per hour for the first 30-Days. Within the first season and after the initial review stage, Crew Leaders can earn up to $20.00 per hour based on experience, punctuality, attitude, and various other attributes they display in their first month working with us. **MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER will start at $17.00 per hour for the first 30-Days. Within the first season and after the initial review stage, Crew Leaders can earn up to $19.00 per hour based on experience, punctuality, attitude, and various other attributes they display in their first month working with us. **MAINTENANCE CREW TECHNICIAN will start at $15.50 per hour for the first 30-Days. Within the first season and after the initial review stage, Crew Leaders can earn up to $17.00.00 per hour based on experience, punctuality, attitude, and various other attributes they display in their first month working with us. +All team members are compensated by check every week. +The Crew Leader will receive pay for up to four (4) holidays per season. +The Crew Leader will be compensated with bonuses based on their performance. +Crew Leaders and Crew Technicians should expect to work 50+ hours per week with every hour after 40 hours paid Overtime (time and a half wage rate). You must meet the following qualifications to apply to the specific role: **INSTALLATION CREW LEADER - 3+ years experience managing a landscape installation crew - 5+ years experience working in the landscape industry, preferably on an installation crew - Knowledge in planting trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals - Know-How in establishing a proper grade - Know-How on installing paver patios, walks, and retaining walls - Know-How on addressing drainage issues - Be able to read a landscape plan and layout the job accordingly - Proficient in Math - Have a valid Driver’s License is a must - Experience in driving a dump truck with a trailer **MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER - 2+ years experience managing a landscape maintenance crew - 5+ years experience working in the landscape industry, preferably on a maintenance crew - Knowledge in the maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals - Know-How in routine residential landscape maintenance services - Keep timely and accurate records of all job times, expenses, and crew member’s work hours plus production - Perform routine and appropriate maintenance on all equipment responsible for - Have a valid Driver’s License is a must - Experience in driving a dump truck with a trailer **INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS - 2+ years experience working in the landscape industry, preferably in the type of work you are applying for - Knowledge in maintenance and or planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals - Know-How in routine residential landscape maintenance services - Know-How in basic residential landscape plantings, mulching, sodding, type tasks - Able to take direction from your crew leader, willing to learn and apply learned skills promptly - Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment assigned to the crew you are on Please use the link above to apply online.
