Cultivation Technician

The cultivation technician will provide the ground-level labor required to operate a successful cultivation facility. Their job is to follow directions and complete the direct and indirect plant-touching tasks needed to grow high-quality cannabis. Duties & Responsibilities • Follow direction from the facility manager • Complete general plant maintenance tasks • Follow the facility calendar and complete tasks in a timely manner • Maintain a clean workspace • Follow proper safe work protocol and wear PPE when directed • Take stem cuttings • Transplanting • Assist with plant harvest • Basic system diagnostics • Post cycle clean up and reset Experience & Requirements • Fluent in English • Team Member must have the ability to lift 50-65 pounds and maneuver between growing tables that are 24 inches apart. • Stand for long periods of time • Minimum of 1 year of hydroponics or agriculture experience, or completion of training program • Knowledge of Cannabis cultivation • Experience in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is huge plus • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving • Must be results-oriented with the capability to work independently and within a team • Proficiency with technological tools and applications • Reliable transportation • Legally capable of working in the U.S. • Valid Driver’s license Full-time Pay between $15-18 / hour Incentives: Take home up to an eighth a week and receive discounts at partner dispensaries Only those who reply with a resume will be considered.
