COMMERCIAL BUILDING DAY PORTER POSITION Title: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Department: Maintenance Effective: Immediately Experience: Ability to perform basic maintenance on commercial and medical facilities Duties include, but are not limited to: • Patrol grounds, parking lots, and trash enclosures • Perform general maintenance duties as assigned • Report any potential hazards or future actions needed to managers • Clean roofs, gutters, and downspouts • Paint over graffiti If you are a self-motivated, organized and people-oriented team player who is ready to assist in the upkeep of a commercial property portfolio (no residential), then this opportunity is for you.
