What does a Best Buy Return Logistics Center Coordinator do? The Return Logistics Center (RLC) Coordinator is responsible for driving superior client service and employee engagement in addition to coaching, training and development of their team. They are responsible for overseeing and providing work direction of the day-to-day needs to the RLC Processors and RLC Worker teams. This role will function as an extension of the critical leadership functions that are executed daily by the Management staff.Essential Functions: Leadership: Coach, develop and train current team members on performance expectations Provide input and insight on talent evaluations and performance development discussions Onboard and train new team members Establish and maintain a positive work environment that will promote creativity, safety, staff development, personal growth, and high engagement Partner with management to promote Diversity & Inclusion goals and initiatives on the team. Execute change management within the team as required Business: Ensure all department metrics are met by monitoring individual and team productivity Assume main contact role on the floor in any given department while continuing to conduct general warehouse worker duties Ensure compliance of all department SOPs Department: Effectively manage and shift labor by understanding the work flow within the Reverse Logistics Center based on the fluctuation of processing requirements Ensures quality standards are maintained through QA and shadowing Maintain a variety of records, such as inventories of product, supplies and materials Prepare correspondence to teams and leadership on performance metrics and business updates Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting to leadership Articulate the continuous process changes to the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis What are the professional requirements for a Best Buy Return Logistics Center Coordinator? Basic Qualifications 1 year of operations experience Able to stand/sit for extended periods of time Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to carry/lift/push/pull weight up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation Preferred Qualifications 6 months supervisory/leadership experience 6 months experience using proprietary systems or other customer service related systems Proficiency using Microsoft Office
