Maintenance Foreman (Calexico) compensation: compensation will be according to experience $18-$25 per hour employment type: full-time Looking for a long term, trust worthy, highly motivated individual to grow with an established Real Estate Company. The job entails maintaining Industrial Parks under the supervision of Property Management. Responsible for common areas and preparing offices for rental. Must have construction knowledge and at least 2 years handyman experience. Experience with irrigation and landscaping. Requirements: Own vehicle with valid DL. Ability to lift/move 40 lbs. Able to work outdoors for extended times. Good Communication skills and ability to track hours and create reports.
