Being Bi lingual is a huge plus, but not required. A background in concrete, pavers, or landscaping is also a plus; a good attitude is expected at all times from all of our employees. Hours: Hours are generally 6am-2:30p or 7-3:30 M-F and we do work overtime and some Saturdays when needed. Duties: Outdoor work and home improvement such as landscaping, turf installation, and walkways, etc. You will be working outdoors in the Bay Area, Sacramento, or the Central Valley. You will ride with a crew to the job sites in a company truck. If you have a valid driver's license and are willing to drive, you could qualify for a wage premium. Hard work and dedication is important. You will need to be a team player and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Landscape or flooring experience is helpful. Small equipment operation is also a bonus. It is preferred but not required to have a valid CA Driver's License. There is plenty of room for growth in the company. You can move up to crew leader after probation period is completed, and or skill requirements have been met. Qualifications and Skills: If you have experience in the following fields, it is a huge plus!
