Position Overview: Evaluate damage caused by water, mold, smoke, and fire Present appropriate solutions to the client which will solve their urgent needs Protect client property through careful handling Remove affected building material (flooring, sheetrock etc.) according to protocol Set up specialized equipment that promotes the drying and sanitation of affected areas Monitor job sites in order to document and evaluate the drying process Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process to provide information and reassurance, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism Deliver excellence in customer service while exceeding the client’s expectations Your Benefits: We deeply value the dedication of our employees and offer a robust benefits package to show our appreciation.
