Seeking an experienced handyman & & a maintenance person for repeat repairs & remodels. This at my small apartment complex. (I also have an apartment coming available for rent, so a live-in maintenance or handyman would be convenient for us both). Handyman/renovator for painting, tiling, flooring, cabinet installation, etc. Maintenance man should be experienced at plumbing, hot water heater & AC repair a plus!
