This job is for the following and will require a person with some knowledge of grease traps. It may also require a helper.*** 1. Thoroughly cleaning out TWO grease traps. The one pictured is 35 gallons and the other is 55 gallons. Warning: they are overdue for servicing and are in rough shape. All fat, grease, sludge etc needs to be removed so that water can freely flow out. 2. All dirty buckets and miscellaneous items around trap as pictured need to be removed. The walls and floor surrounding pictured trap needs to be cleaned, probably power washed. There is a hose connection nearby. 3. The rusted metal stand that the trap is set upon needs to be removed and replaced with a new shelf which is provided. It is important that the height stay the same however to maintain proper pitch. 4. The 55 gallon trap condition is in a different location and not as bad. Nothing needs to be done on the outside of it. However, there is alot of sludge and grease build up inside which needs to be removed. The pipes may need to be snaked. A small utility snake usually works and is provided. ***This job is not for one easily scorned. It is a DIRTY job. You will more than likely encounter extremely foul odors accompanied by roaches, flies, and maggots. You will need to bring your own cleaning supplies, hose, power washer, masks, gloves etc. You will be responsible for disposal of all grease, sludge, garbage.
