LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Visalia Mall - Part Time Position has flexible hours - Great for retirees or mall walkers! Requires 2 visits a week with 1 of the visits performed on the weekend  $157.88 paid Bi-Weekly  COMPANY BACKGROUND Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services. BASIC FUNCTION The Part-Time Location Manager at Visalia Mall is responsible for the cleanliness and functionality of the strollers at the mall, this position will also service massage chairs at assigned locations.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires someone who works well unsupervised and is self-motivated. Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs. Maintain clean equipment at all times, replace components as needed. Balance strollers (movement of strollers throughout the mall) as needed. Test all equipment and perform collections as needed. Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner. Perform banking functions. Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. Other assignments as needed. EDUCATION Associates or Technical degree preferred SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use Electro-mechanical proficiency PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
