Join Skål Beer Hall for a six course beer pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! Sound the horns... the Valhalla Dinner Series rolls on! For this dinner, we welcome our neighbors Dirty Couch Brewing from across the ship canal in Magnolia. They join us on Sunday 5/30 for a six course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods! There will be two sessions at 2p & 6p. We'll be featuring a wide range of eclectic beer styles from Dirty Couch, most of which cannot be found outside of the brewery. Five courses will include a 5 oz beer pour. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Brie en Croute with lingonberry paired with Wine Pomace AleFrom the Garden: Grilled Peach and butter lettuce salad paired with Donut Peach SourFrom the Sea: Grilled Mackerel and fennel paired with Oola Gin Barrel Aged FarmhouseIntermezzo: Macerated Blackberry Sour gelée From the Pasture: Lamb Ribs and creamy barley paired with CDAFrom the Baker: Raspberry Crumble bars with Lemon Mascarpone paired with Peach Berry Cotton Candy SmoothieYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting. Masks will be required unless sitting at a table eating/drinking. Party size limited to 8 people.  If you'd like to purchase a ticket to the 6pm session, you can do so here. Our ticket availability is based on tables available, so this really helps us out. Ticket includes all beer, food, and WA state sales tax. Gratuity not included.
