June Blooms! Paint Elkton Main Street with Flowers! Want to create something beautiful? Join us on Main Street in Elkton, MD to cover the storefront windows with beautiful flowers. All supplies (paint and brushes) to be provided by the Elkton Alliance. Meet at the Cecil County Arts Council at 10:00 am to get your window assignment and supplies. Come back to CCAC at noon and enjoy wine and cheese. This is a free event!
