Prerequisites: High School Diploma Driver's License One year or more of landscaping experience Some college preferred but not necessary Live 5 miles from Newton (auburndale) area Qualifications: Ability to work well on a team Know how to operate motorized machines and tools such as electric trimmers and lawnmowers Be able to work quickly and efficiently Attention to detail and constant alertness are necessary for safety reasons and to avoid careless mistakes Common responsibilities: Trim trees and bushes, mulch gardens, spread fertilizer or dig holes Install patios, decks and walkways May water plants, mow lawns and perform other maintenance tasks Other landscape construction related tasks Willing to train the right candidate
