St. John's 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony Dear St. John's Parents/Guardians, We are excited to invite you to St. John's 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony which will be held at P.S.290Q on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 9:00am outside in the school yard. The following are the guidelines for attendance to the Graduation Ceremony. All scholars are to arrive dressed with their graduation cap & gown to school at 8:30am on Thursday, June 24th.Only 2 family members are allowed to attend the ceremony. There are no exceptions. Each scholar will receive 2 Graduation Tickets with pre-assigned seating on the ticket for the ceremony.5th Grade scholars with with siblings at PS290 will NOT be allowed to attend.Guest will be seated 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.The ceremony will be live streamed and available for viewing on our school website at www.ps290q.com for family & friends to watch remotely.Safety Protocols:Mask are required to enter the school premises.Each person attending the graduation ceremony will be required to complete the DOE Health Screening prior to entering. The DOE Health Screening can be completed at https://healthscreening.schools.nyc/ and must be shown the day of the ceremony either on your mobile device or on a printed out copy.The above guidelines are in adherence with the Department of Education regulations to ensure the health and safety of all students, staff and guest.
