Description
He began work on my kitchen and after taking payment for 1/3 of the job upfront has now walked away from the job leaving an open subfloor! He will not answer my phone calls, it's been over 3 months. At one point I called his cell phone using a different number and he did pick up... Only to hang up on me after I explained who I was. I've since had to hire someone else to complete the job.
