Field Manager Landscape Maintenance & Snow

This is a year 'round, full time position. Responsibilities to include, but will not be limited to the following: · Daily operations of Landscape Maintenance · Work with Account Manager on enhancement projects and crew setup · Maintain positive, productive workplace by leading and supporting crews · Ensure crews are working at or below budgeted hours · Interact with clients when crews are on site · Oversee quality control on all sites (maintenance, flower planting, mulching etc.) · Provide safety training and enforce use of PPE at all times · Recruit, hire, and train new workers · Make minor repairs to equipment to keep the crews working if necessary · Track maintenance of all trucks, machinery, and tools for this division · Create and maintain tool inventory and assign to crews · Oversee all snow operations for the company in the winter · Recruit operators, laborers, plow drivers and subcontractors for snow operation · Train and assist workers on proper snow plowing, removal, and salting techniques Company vehicle and cell phone provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
