Description
Coordination and Execution of Project Administrative task:
• Assist and support PM
• Responsible for Document Control: Maintain/update project records, Ensure project team records are compliant and properly documented, tracked, filed in Foundation or project files (Super daily reports, etc.)
• Understand Project plans and Specifications
• Create, Track and Manage Logs to include: RFI’s, Submittals, Certified Payrolls
• Submittal reviews and submission – ensure approvals prior to scheduled installs
• Organizing and attending Owner/Client meetings: Document and Distribute meeting minutes
• Organizing project team meetings and follow up
• Assembling / Submitting monthly billing packages
• Process Job Sheets under the direction of PM: Subcontractor billings and accruals
• Assist PM with Buyout: Subcontract Processing
• R&C requests to Taylor
• Assemble and distribute subcontracts for signature: SOW to be developed by PM, Ensure subcontracts in place with required COI prior to start, Issue PO’s at the direction of PM, Issue Equipment PO
• Assist and Track Job Close out Process
