We're dialing it back to the fundamentals of movement, taking a look at total body mobility, movement, and common sticky points. This workshop is for you, whether you're a yogi, a runner, a group fitness junkie, new to a routine or have been crushing Zoom workouts twice a day every day while we've been staying at home. We're dialing it back to the fundamentals of movement, taking a look at total body mobility, movement, and common sticky points within the lower body, upper body, and within our core and posture. We'll talk about anatomy and why we should care about understanding and improving upon the ranges of motion within our joints. Session breakdown: • Lower body mobility, focusing on the hips, ankles and feet - and key things to keep in mind as you're moving on your own and taking mobility work into your own hands •Upper body mobility, including shoulders and scapular mobility - and key things to keep in mind as you're moving on your own and exploring shoulder mobility in your own body •Where upper body and lower body meet: postural alignment, breath, and spinal mobility This workshop will be hosted in person at lululemon Lincoln Park (944 W. North Ave). Your ticket comes with an experience kit of tools and treats to support you throughout the workshop. For your health and safety, we have developed the following protocols: Masks must be worn at all times check-in is hands-free Instructors, talent, and employees complete a health declaration daily All equipment and high touch surfaces are sanitized before and after each experience Sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and masks are readily available All guests are spaced 6 feet from one another If you have had recent contact with a person who has COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms such as fever, loss of taste, headache, or body aches, please stay home and contact us (email [email protected]) prior to the start of your experience.
