Buddhist meditation practice is about cultivating introspective awareness or Sathi in order to gain deeper insight into the nature of the body and mind. The path which is commonly known as four foundations of mindfulness is the path that every truth seek must tread to reach the experience of inner peace, spiritual awakening and enlightenment.
Venerable Bhante Y. Wimala has been a Buddhist monk for 48 years, known throughout the world as a compassionate spiritual teacher and tireless humanitarian, with projects and teaching programs all over the world.
