In this two-part workshop you will create a unique, succulent pottery tealight holder and learn about ceramic hand-building techniques.
Create a one-of-a kind succulent-inspired tealight holder while learning ceramic hand-building techniques in a fun and supportive environment.
Workshop is in 2 parts; in the first session you will select your tealight design and use textures and cutouts to make the tealight.
The second session is 2 weeks later (or another agree upon date) to glaze your piece.
There is a materials fee of $5, is payable to the instructor, which covers all clay, tools, glazes and firings.
Covid Requirements:
-Participants must wear a mask at all times
-Participants must maintain social distancing (the studio is set up to accommodate this)
-Workshop is limited to 4 participants to ensure safety
Instructor Bio:
Jan is an accomplished ceramist. She has been hosting pottery classes at Lowell Makes over the past couple of years and always makes it fun and accessible for beginners to the most advanced. She is a wonderful artist and teacher who wants you to enjoy pottery craft to the max!
