Work is generally in Snohomish County and Skagit County with some Seattle jobs. Northend guys stay on the jobsites to the north. Must have transportation to and from jobsites Construction leads and crew members are responsible for complete installation of landscapes, irrigation, block walls, fencing and drainage, etc. Crew Lead Experience and Pay Range: Pay range $22.00-30.00 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or related field Crew Member Experience and Pay Range: Pay range $18.00-24.00 1+ years of experience in landscape construction or related field, but willing to train hard working individuals that want to show up daily and be part of a growing team. Maintenance Crew Lead and Laborers pay range $18-$30 Lead needs 3 years experience, Laborer needs some verified experience. Fence Laborers: $18-$25 per hour. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Landscape and irrigation installation • Knowledge of grading and drainage preferred not required • Hardscape installation preferred not required • Ability to operate necessary equipment and hand tools • Ability to work well with others • Cost effective decision making Essential Functions: • Complete daily assigned tasks • Able to get along with others • Listen and follow directions • Adhere to all company policies • Maintain and promote safe working practices • Proper operation and care of company tools and equipment • On time regular attendance - first 90 no missed days allowed We offer: Vacation pay after a year, paid holidays after 6 months, insurance after 60 days
