FREE family yoga meditation mindfulness event Loins Park at Mt Prospect Join us for a fun family event in the park: FREE family yoga meditation mindfulness class Loins Park at Mt Prospect. This event is hosted by Polish Community, and yet the event welcomes anyone. Kids friendly as well. (Kids yoga class will be available concurrently with Adults yoga class) Body & Brain Regional Director Magdalena Szara will lead class in Polish.
