Luxury High Rise in Bonita Bay looking for fulltime Janitorial & Light Maintenance person. Must Speak Fluent English. Work 40 hours a week possible overtime. Hours Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Duties include but not limited to the following: •Keep clean all common areas and grounds: garages, stairwells, pool decks, rooftop, grills, flat roofs areas, Carriage house grounds, mirrors driveway and bollards. As needed, record and deliver packages, open and close residences units for contractors and cleaning persons. Weekly home watches. Daily and weekly, check for and replace any burned out light bulbs in lobby and back stairwells and upper/lower garage. Responds to urgent situation that require quick action.
