My name is Nicole. I am a woman who has muscular dystrophy and I am not able to use my arms or legs. I have a full time job and I am extremely active. I require a personal care attendant to assist me with everyday activities like bathing, eating, getting dressed and driving me places in my van. The job is very physical, so you need to be able to stand and move around during most or all of the shift. It’s a great job for people who like to stay active and try new things. I also have a cat and a very large dog. You will have to help me feed, walk and clean up after the dog. I am very allergic to cigarettes. Right now I need someone for the following shifts: Friday and Saturday nights 9pm-12am Sunday afternoon 3pm-7pm Sunday night 8pm-11pm Saturday and Sunday morning 8am-1pm Tuesday nights 6pm-9pm Monday -Thursday afternoons 3pm-6pm Friday and Saturdays 4pm-8pm The position pays $14 per hour I plan on hiring several people, so you don't need to be available for all of the shifts. You do not need any experience in health care. I just need someone who is dependable and intelligent. I can teach you everything you will need to know. However, this is a great opportunity to gain experience if you are going into the health care field. You absolutely must have a driver’s license and be comfortable with pets.
