Let's Walk toward Building a Community The Women Walking Mastermind Networking Group™ is your opportunity to create meaningful conversations with women business leaders while being outdoors. We believe nature impacts connection, creativity, and new perspectives. WHEN? We meet monthly, on the second Friday of the month. 9:30 AM-11:00 AM EST. WHERE? We will meet at the parking lot near Java Jive 2425 Kildaire Farm Road Cary, NC 27518 If you arrive after 9:30AM and can't see us near Java Jive, please leave your car in the parking lot and cross the street to Lochmere Lake - you will see us there. WHAT? So many of us are tired of the networking cookie cutter that focuses on our pitch and the question: “What do you do?” Whether you choose to talk or listen, the system we have designed will help you feel comfortable networking without feeling that you are networking. We designed a new way of networking that focuses on conversations that bring value and connection. Each meeting we discuss a specific topic as a group and in breakout rooms. HOW? We have your back! We created the tools, and structure so you can network at ease. Since everyone is focused on sharing with value while having a deeper conversation, all you need to do is BE YOU. We find that people want to connect with you when you share from your heart; they resonate with your ideas and get curious to learn more about you. This is when the door is open to moving from group discussion to 1:1 conversations. OUR WHY? Our mission is to establish a contemporary way of networking in local communities worldwide through candid conversations while networking outdoors. Who said we have to network indoors? especially with COVID19, it is time to pivot and meet outdoors! In today’s fast pace reality and less formality where the focus is on giving value, we believe that disconnecting from your constant doing and creating conscious conversations outdoors will allow us to become our better selves and, with that, better to our community. This means attendees will not be required to wear face coverings during this event which is an outdoor-only event.Attendees may choose to wear a face-covering outdoors in these situations if they want, but we will not require it.NCDHHS still recommends that anyone who is not vaccinated continue to wear a face-covering when they are closer than six feet to another person, even when outdoors. However, this is an NCDHHS recommendation and not a requirement.
