Join The Shops at Montebello + The City of Montebello for a FREE Drive-in Concert at The Shops at Montebello! Registration Required. Join us for a FREE Drive-in Concert at The Shops at Montebello. Grab dinner at one of Center's restaurants and enjoy from the comfort of your car. The concert will begin at 6:30 pm; registered vehicles will be permitted access beginning at 4:30 pm. If you do not arrive by 6:00 pm, your space will be given away. Parking spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
