Local handyman business looking for a full-time, experienced handyman / maintenance technicians to join our team. We are looking for a someone willing to provide Quality Service, Good Communication, and Efficient Time Management in residential and small commercial repairs and maintenance. Ideal candidate will have experience in painting and drywall repair, basic plumbing, basic electrical, ceiling fan installation, and most other household maintenance and repair. Daily tasks will vary widely so must be willing to work in all areas. Employment benefits include: - Company van. Must must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the last 7 years and reliable transportation to/from the office. - Health insurance contribution provided after 90-day probation period. - Sick time and paid time off provided after 90-day probation period. We are willing to train the right candidate in a variety of handyman/maintenance tasks, including some minor plumbing and electrical work. Tech must be willing to learn and be able to follow directions with attention to detail. Previous handyman / maintenance experience is a plus and will be considered when determining compensation. Additional requirements: - Handyman / Tech must have their own basic tools of the trade. - MUST be able to speak English and have courteous communication with customers and coworkers. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. - Must have own cell phone and be able to learn mobile applications for tracking time and uploading before and after pictures.
