Hello! We are a small high end residential landscape design and installation business. All of our work is based on referrals and we have been in business almost 18 years. We are looking for a foreman who thrives on leading a team of smart guys, by example. Someone who will teach others tricks of the trade and have fun doing it. We do some pretty Amazing landscapes for some Amazing people. Our landscapes are unique in their style. We have a wide range but people come to us for a cool, functional landscape. Nothing cookie cutter about us. I have had employees stick with me for 12+ years. There is a lot of Growth Potential within this company. We start our crew and foreman higher than anyone else because we expect better than average. Unfortunately, you cannot teach having a good work ethic. You either have it or you do not. All of our crew and foremen have impressive work ethics. You will need to be consistent for them to not push you out of the nest. I have found the best way to go about hiring for this position is to do a fully paid 1 month tryout period. Usually, we all figure out if it is going to work within 2 weeks. If you can make yourself stand apart from the crowd, please do. Foremen start at $18-$20 Negotiable based on experience and skill set. 40 hours a week. We give Raises and bonuses as frequently as You Can Earn one.
