Testing for Accuplacer This is an option for potential students to have the opportunity to take the Accuplacer Exam and turn in any required documentation. Note: We do NOT offer POST testing at this time, please contact your local technical college. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (Driver's license or state issued ID card). Once you have taken the exam, you will be given your Accuplacer score results. If you would like to participate in free tutoring prior to taking the exam, please call 478.289.2151. If this is your second or third time taking the exam, you MUST participate in remediation prior to taking the exam. There will also be a $15 fee for anyone re-taking the Accuplacer exam. ---------------------------------------------- Due to Covid-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. This means implementing the following guidelines: • Testing groups will be limited to eight to ensure that social distancing is practiced • Face coverings are mandatory in all buildings on campus for staff and guests. • Physical contact is not allowed (e.g. handshakes) • Desks, computer screens, and keyboards will be wiped down after each scheduled visit. Hand sanitizer will be readily available and utilized by staff • Testing will be scheduled for three hours to complete the exam. Please be aware that the registrant's name will be provided to Campus Police to reflect that they are authorized to be on campus. ---------------------------------------------- We ask that you please refrain from coming to campus if you: • are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever) • have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 • are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19; • reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19 • have returned from international travel and failed to observe the government requirement to quarantine for 14 days If you have any questions, please contact the admissions office at 478-289-2169 or email us at [email protected].
