Description
We are looking for a few good people that can prep, cook, clean and set up and clean up after events. We are planning on taking the trailer to various events from Sacramento to Bakersfield. You need to be flexible and able to travel when we go out of town to events. We have a standing event in Oakland on Thursdays we need help for about eight hours. You have to know how to multi task in the kitchen, taking orders and preparing orders when we are working. You must be efficient and dependable and lastly a hard worker. We are a new mobile trailer on the scene we specialize in Cajun, Creole and Soul Food. But we can cook and caterer all types of foods. You have to be able to work independently and expeditiously take pride in your work and lastly believe in the mission and vision of the company.
