Dancing Like A Star Academy presents the Social Dance Program for Adults in the Metro Atlanta area. Social Dance is a non-competitive version of ballroom and DanceSport dancing. The dancing classes are designed in a way to be used in practical settings. Social Dance classes will allow you to prepare for wedding receptions, be the dance star at parties, nightclubs, and cruises, and show some modern ballroom dancing moves at business functions or informal gatherings. The Social Dancing is less formal than exhibition or competitive ballroom dancing. It ensures no pressure in the competitive environment, but joyful and relaxed dance classes for everyone. All in all, it is meant to be enjoyed as a hobby after a challenging working day or during the weekend while socializing with other participants. Here at Dancing Like A Star Academy, you can feel that social dancing is all about being informal and relaxed. Our professional ballroom and DanceSport experts will teach you how to dance for the enjoyment of the partners, not to meet the critical criteria of a judges’ or fastidious audience.
