I'm offering up the second bedroom (and private bathroom) in my Marina 2 bed 2 bath apartment at a significantly discounted rate in exchange for dog sitting while I am travelling the majority of August and September. The apartment is available August 8 to September 30. My exact travel dates are still TBD but during this time you should expect to be dog sitting 6 of the 8 weeks. Large dedicated bathroom, in unit washer dryer, dishwasher and MASSIVE BEDROOM (12'1" x 14'x2") and a HUGE WALK-IN CLOSET the size of most SF bedrooms (6'-5" x 6'x7"). This is a short-term sub-tenant (I'm the lease holder) rental with dates from August 8, 2021 to September 30, 2021. I have a 6 year old Rottweiler who is a gentle giant and local celebrity in the Marina for his outgoing loving nature. NO OTHER ANIMALS will be considered. He is very simple to take care of, three bathroom breaks a day, a few feedings and a decent walk every day. No running him, no dog parks (though he is friendly) - I just find them over crowded and have seen too many incidents and a Rottweiler is the first to blame even though he's done nothing. The apartment is located near Bay St and Webster St, directly across from the Moscone Park/Softball/Tennis/Dog area and has a ton natural light with south facing windows. Two blocks to restaurants and bars, but on the quiet side of the Marina. Three blocks to the water. Two blocks to Safeway. Two blocks to 30x.
