Want to split a 5.5 watt LED 2-pak?

This is a strange request, but I'm betting others have the same problem. My bathroom lights have 3 bulbs with that smaller, non-standard base. I'm switching to LEDs, which supposedly last 13 years, and so I don't need a spare. Naturally, they're sold in 2-paks, and I'm going to need the third one soon. What I need is what's pictured above. Want to split a box? It's not like they cost a fortune -- they're, like $15 for 2 or something -- but like I say, I just need one. I can meet you down at Grand Ave. ACE Hardware.
