Job Description: The position we are currently interviewing for is an experienced carpenter/cabinet maker with solid carpentry skills and 5 - 8 years of experience. Hourly compensation, eligible for overtime. Work is primarily located in the Seattle/Bellevue/Everett area. We are looking for someone with a good framing and finish carpentry foundation who is interested in expanding their skillset and moving their career forward in the construction industry. Overview: • Applicant must be an even tempered, highly motivated, detail oriented, problem solver with a good understanding of basic residential carpentry skills. • This position is for a bags-on, experienced carpenter position. • Someone that can handle working with others or on their own, knows how to follow direction, but can solve problems on site as well. • We take great pride in our work, and want a safe job site and a respectful client relationship. Must have experience in fields below: • Framing • Basic finish carpentry • Cabinet Building Qualifications: • Minimum 5-8 years' experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Personal working tools • Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints at an entry level • Motivation and desire to expand your skills and advance your future career Working Conditions: • Must be able to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, and navigate through a construction site • Work may be required outside normal business hours and on weekends Compensation: Wage will depend on experience and qualifications.
