Powder Coater, Will Train, $18+ & Medical

We are a small business in south Seattle where we do sand blasting and powder coat painting. We are looking to add a powder coat painter, experience is not required. Ideal candidates are familiar with a shop environment and are detail-oriented. Our employees get paid holidays, sick leave, and after 60 days get medical insurance. Experienced powder coaters start at $17/hr and are eligible for an appropriate increase after demonstrating proficiency for 30 days with the potential for $25 after a year. New powder coaters start at $15 but can also expect to make $18 or more within 60 days. We work indoors and only at our shop, which is on a bus line. Shifts are Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM. You'll work on your feet in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50-lb. Excellent attendance, good vision, and the ability to communicate verbally is important.
