NORTH HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $13,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On May 20, William Marazzi, of West Haven, purchased a KENO ticket from the In & Out Market in North Haven and won $13,000.
