The Sound Wall Supper Club is a monthly gathering of 10-12 ppl to experience new and exciting culinary cuisine. This month we feature Chef Chris Wilton! He has prepared an exciting menu. JUNE 9 MENU Appetizer: Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Pierogies w/Spiced Sour Cream and ChivesSalad: Summer Salad - Heirloom cherry tomatoes, arugula, bibb, radicchio, peaches, pickled red onions, cilantro, cucumber, feta and pepitasEntree: Pan Fried Cod or Halibut (which ever i can get) with Butter Beans and Swiss Chard, toasted fingerlings. (if I can't get swiss chard I will do mustard greens), cornmeal chive biscuitsDessert: Key Lime Pie *If you have any allergies, please let us know *Don't forget to tip the chef! *Feel free to bring any dinner or after-dinner drinks. You may park at the studio or at the bank across from The Sound Wall.
