Enjoy a night filled with tons of fun! Join us at the American Dream Mall, with access to Nickelodeon Universe along with a mix and mingle! Senior MSU Students get first pick RSVP beginning May 22nd at 8am to May 23rd 8pm. All other student can RSVP from May 23rd-May 26th. STUDENT WHO RVSP DURING THE SENIOR TIME SLOT AND ARE NOT SENIORS WILL HAVE THEIR RSVP REVOKED! Each MSU student is allowed a plus one Non-MSU guest but your guest must include the CWID of the MSU student bringing them. For MSU guests please use your Montclair email and CWID. Transportation from Montclair State University will be provide on a first come first serve basis. If interested in transportation please select the RSVP ticket which includes bus access. Busses will depart at 7:45pm from Montclair State University Recreation Center. Busses will depart from American Dream Mall at 12:00am for transportation back to Montcair State University. DOORS CLOSE AT 9:00pm. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY PAST 9:00pm! By attending the event and/or aquiring an RSVP slot you are agreeing to the following: I hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and that the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and many other public health authorities, as well as standing executive orders issued by the Governor of New Jersey, still recommend practicing social distancing and other precautions. I am fully aware that participation in the activity contemplated by this waiver, including any related travel to and from, carries with it certain inherent risks related to COVID-19 transmission. I understand that these inherent risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid them. Inherent risks may include, but are not limited to, (1) the risk of coming into close contact with individuals or objects that may be carrying COVID-19; (2) the risk of transmitting or contracting COVID-19, directly or indirectly, to or from other individuals; and (3) injuries and complications ranging in severity from minor to catastrophic, including death, resulting directly or indirectly from COVID-19 or the treatment thereof. I am nonetheless voluntarily participating in the activity completed by this waiver at my own risk and assume all related risks both known or unknown to me. I further understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel or the condition of the activity’s locations(s). I also hereby affirm that I will follow all COVID-19-related precautions as directed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as standing executive orders issued by the New Jersey Governor, including but not limited to wearing a face covering and practicing social distancing with exiting my vehicle while participating in this activity. All parties included in the purchase of a ticket and I have read and understood this agreement and enter into it voluntarily in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the activity, and are giving up legal rights and/or remedies which may be available through the acceptance of a ticket.
